Hello All,
I recently started a new job that has a couple FARO arms and Polyworks v12 and a scanner that they have yet to implement. I am probably the only person there who is going to use them to be truthful. I must say, I am struggling with the transition from measuremax CMM to Polyworks. It isn't as easy as I hoped it would be. I need to keep this job as I am a temp at the moment, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Anything specific that you're hung up on?

Hello Admin,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am currently amassing a list of questions LOL. Should I post them here or start new threads with each separate topic? Thanks!

Admin

Separate topics would be best.

Hello all,

I've been informally trained on and using a ROMER Arm Infinite 5036SC with PolyWorks for about 3 years.  We use it to calibrate gauges that we use on our product as well layout our product.  We are about to recieve formal training from Exact Metrology.  I do have some questions about issues I've encountered in Polyworks.  Glad to see a forum where our questions can be addressed.

Hello everyone,

My company has just gotten a Nikon MCAx laser scanner and myself and a co-worker are going to be attending a PolyWorks course next month. We are both new to using PolyWorks and I will have many questions for you all as we begin to implement use of this scanner in our quality dept.

Looking forward to learning from, and sharing with the community.

Good morning! Name is BIGWIG and I just got a new job here in SOCAL. I been a PCDMIS programmer for 6 years and of course, this new company bought all new Polyworks software for its inspection tools.

I've been mouse-mashing for two weeks now and although I've made a little progress, I'm still having a hard time navigating around this software.

I watched tutorials, I've had a Hexagon rep come out and help me check a part, but I'm still a long ways off from mastering this software. GAHHHHHHHHHHHH!
