Can you copy a configuration file from one profile and copy it to another profile on the same computer???

Yes. In the General Options of Workspace Manager, note where the 'user configuration' directory is located.
Open that directory in Explorer and copy the '.innovmetric' folder to the other user's configuration directory.

Alternatively, you can just change the other user's configuration to point to the already existing directory.
