So I'm checking a very basic overall length dimension.

With the Romer Arm I'm seeing a .003'' difference from the height gauge. The height gauge is accurate (checked with gage blocks).

The Romer arm is calibrated within .002'' in.

Any suggestions.

Good morning! New polyworks user here.

Anyone still posting in these forums? I'm noticing there are a few threads on the front page in which someone has posted in them in a few months.

So, anyone out there?

Good morning! Name is BIGWIG and I just got a new job here in SOCAL. I been a PCDMIS programmer for 6 years and of course, this new company bought all new Polyworks software for its inspection tools.

I've been mouse-mashing for two weeks now and although I've made a little progress, I'm still having a hard time navigating around this software.

I watched tutorials, I've had a Hexagon rep come out and help me check a part, but I'm still a long ways off from mastering this software. GAHHHHHHHHHHHH!
